The reservation voucher and the card that the driver will provide (if they have one) will have all the information to contact us by email or phone. The calculation of the pick-up time must include the travel time (accommodation-airport) and 2 hours for the check-in at the Palma airport. Our driver will indicate which is the most appropriate pick-up time, depending on the area of Mallorca where you are staying.
Children count as adult passengers, and they occupy a place, they must use the most appropriate child seat for their age and weight. Whenever you indicate it in the reservation, we will provide it and without any additional charge in the price. There are two forms of payment, through our secure payment server (online payment) or in cash or credit card when you arrive at Mallorca .
